Yamamoto Brewery (山本合名会社)
Yamamoto Do Kara Junmai
Merchant 208 in Japan
Do Kara - `Do Kara` is classified as extra dry Sake of +15 Sake degree. Yet you`ll experience a slightly sweet taste in your mouth at first. But then the spiciness of Sake will rush and surprise you as soon as you swallow it down. This surprise will knock you out for sure. We found our separated `on-the-brewery yeast` in 2008, which we named `Sexy Yamamoto yeast` encouraged by Kobayashi-san from Yuki no Bijin.
