Sake Dropshipping
The platform may offer a range of different types of Japanese sake, including junmai, daiginjo, ginjo, and nigori. These different types of sake are made using different processes and ingredients, and can vary in taste and price.
The supplier would be responsible for shipping the sake to customers, using a reputable courier or postal service. The customer would receive the sake directly from the supplier, without Sakaya.co ever handling the product itself.
As we don’t offer free shipping (unless on promotion), there is no MOQ.
Shipping
Once you have placed your order, our system automatically relays the order to our partner sakagura or merchants, and they usually need 1-2 days to process, pick and pack the bottle(s) for safe delivery. When it leaves their warehouse, our system will automatically send you an email with a tracking number (be sure to check your spam/junk/bulk folders as emails sometimes land there.).
Yes, once an order is shipped by the merchant, you will receive an email notification with tracking code if shipping is done via FedEx.
Yes, delivery will require proof of age and signature. Depending on the recipient’s country, most countries require alcohol shipments to be signed for by a person 21 years of age or older. Please make sure the receiver is of legal drinking age in the country of his or her residence.
Return / Refund
We cannot cancel an order once it's been completed. Please be reminded to double check your order before order confirmation and payment. We do not offer any return or refund. However, if you notice that you have received wrong or broken items, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods either by email (hello@sakaya.co) and we will follow up with the courier and sender (merchant). Please remember to quote your order number when contacting support.
We encourage you to write to us at hello@sakaya.co and let us know how we can make things better. Whilst we cannot control the quality of the shipment and packaging by our vendors, we will try our very best to accommodate requests that are within reason.
Other Questions
It is illegal to sell alcohol to customers who are not of legal drinking age in their country of residence. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure their logins are not misused by any person under your country’s respective legal drinking age.
